Mark Baldwin
Mark Lewis Baldwin is a computer game developer, most noted for his work on The Perfect General and Empire Deluxe[?].
He has formerly been involved with the management of several games companies, including Quantum Quality Productions where he was vice-president and White Wolf Productions[?] where he was CEO.
He has written a number of books about game development including,

- Effective Interface for Computer Wargames
- Computer Wargame Design
