Maresuke Nogi

General Maresuki Nogi committed jumonji giri(a seppuku done by oneself, instead by a kaishakunin{a second}).He did it as junshi(following his lord in death;it was the Japanese emperor Meiji Tenno{personal name Mutsuhito}who died in 1912).He not only committed jumonji giri, he buttoned up his white naval blouse afterwards.
