Man Bites Dog

Man Bites Dog (C'est arrivé près de chez vous) is a satirical 1992 Belgian black comedy mockumentary. In the film, a pair of film-makers follow a serial killer recording his crimes for a documentary they are producing. The film is shot in black and white.
