Luser Attitude Readjustment Tool

According to the Jargon File, a Luser Attitude Readjustment Tool (LART) is "something large, heavy and painful, used to respond appropriately to particularly annoying lusers". Basic LART techniques generally involve turning off the user's access to computer resources.

LARTs are also useful in ISP abuse departments, particularly against spammers.
