Lowell Observatory

Lowell Observatory is an astronomical observatory in Flagstaff, Arizona. It was founded in 1894 by astronomer Percival Lowell.

The observatory shares a 1.8-meter telescope with Boston University.

The planet Pluto was discovered here by Clyde Tombaugh.
