Lovebug Starski

Lovebug Starski is an American hip hop artist and one of the pioneers of the form. His career began as hip hop first appeared in the early 1970s Bronx and eventually became DJ at Disco Fever[?] (a famous club). He released his first single in the 1980s, "Positive Life" (Tayster[?]) and then his debut LP, House Rock[?]. A jail term derailed Starski's career, but he returned to performing in the 1980s.
