Loukoumia

Loukoumia are a type of sweet in Turkish (lokum), Cyprus and Greek cuisine. They are also known as Turkish Delight or Greek Delight.

It is made from starch and sugar. A main ingredient is rosewater, although some are made with lemon. Some recipes include small nut pieces, usually pistachio, hazelnut[?] or almonds.
