Little Lord Fauntleroy

Little Lord Fauntleroy is a novel by American author Frances Hodgson Burnett, published in 1886. The story concerns a boy named Cedric, who at an early age inherits an English earldom and leaves New York to take up residence in his ancestral castle, where he learns to behave as an aristocrat.

There are movie versions of 1936 and 1995.
