Lithuo-Prussians

Prussian records show that the Salzburger Emigranten[?] , emigrant from Salzburg , Austria who found religious refuge in eastern Prussia. Because many inhabitants of north-eastern Prussian countryside still spoke the ancient Old-Prussian[?] language the Prussian kings called this area for a time Preussisch- Littauen or Lithuo-Prussia.
