Line feed

In computing, line feed is one of control characters in ASCII that is used to move printer or display one line down. It is usually used with carriage return while line feed follows carriage return to indicate a new line. In some envrionments, carriage return is omited and only line feed indicates a new line.

In ASCII, it has a decimal numeral code, 10.
