Laurence Janifer

Determining Laurence Janifer's true contribution to literature will be a task for determined scholars, due to the many pseudonyms that he used, and the wide range of subjects he wrote about, subjects which includes much non-fiction. His major contribution to the SF genre were the Gerald Knave stories. Knave, a fururistic spy/sleuth similar to The Saint, saves the world in several books, most notably Survivor. Othe books include Bloodworld, a story of futuristic slavery, and A Piece of Martin Cann, a story about possible changes in medical treatment in the future.
