Lake View is a plantation located in Piscataquis County, Maine. As of the 2000 census, the plantation had a total population of 43.

Geography According to the United States Census Bureau, the plantation has a total area of 137.7 km² (53.2 mi²). 107.4 km² (41.5 mi²) of it is land and 30.3 km² (11.7 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 22.01% water.

Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 43 people, 25 households, and 12 families residing in the plantation. The population density is 0.4/km² (1.0/mi²). There are 425 housing units at an average density of 4.0/km² (10.2/mi²). The racial makeup of the plantation is 97.67% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 2.33% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
