Laarne

Laarne is a municipality located in the Belgian province of East Flanders. The municipality comprises the towns of Kalken[?] and Laarne proper. On January 1st, 2000 Laarne had a total population of 11,610 (5,786 males and 5,824 females). The total area is 32.56 km² which gives a population density of 356.57 inhabitants per km².
