La Seu d'Urgell

La Seu d'Urgell is the capital of the comarca of Alt Urgell[?], in the province of Lleida, Catalonia, Spain.

It was once capital of the County of Urgell. It is the site of the Bishop of La Seu d'Urgell, one of the Andorran coprinces.
