One application of keyword mechanism could be generating "subject pages" by a static script.
If the keyword appears on, say, 5 pages, the script scanning the "page" directory once a week creates a subject page just with links to those pages and a short commentary.

It could save a lot of manual work.

For example :

• Russian literature
• Vertebrates
• Electric engine[?]
• etc
