It lies in the southeast of Albania and has a latitude of 400 and 27' and 400 and 57' and a longitude of 210 and 4' and 200 and 19'. In the North, it is bordered by Pogradec[?] and the Republic of Macedonia. In the East, it is bordered by Greece. In the Southwest, it is bordered by Kolonje[?] and Permet[?], While in the West, it is bordered by Gramsh[?] and Skrapar[?].
