Koopa Troopa

A Koopa Troopa, in the Super Mario Kart game, is an anthropomorphized Turtle. Most of them work for Bowser but in Paper Mario some of them are on Mario's side especially a blue shelled Koopa Troopa named Kooper who helped Mario defeat Bowser in that adventure.
