Kilogram per cubic metre

Kilogram per cubic meter is the SI measure of density and is represented as kg/m³. Where kg stands for kilogram and m³ stands for cubic meter. To convert from g/cm³, the metric system unit of density, to kg/m³, multiply by 1000 (divide by 1000 for the opposite conversion). A gram per liter, however, is identical in value to kg/m3.
