Killswitch Engage are a metalcore[?] band from Massachusetts. The band was formed by former Aftershock members Adam Dutkiewitz and Joel Stroetzel. They joined with former Overcast member Mike D'Antonio.

In 2002 they released Alive or Just Breathing
