Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a martial art which was developed out of Muay thai or Thai boxing[?].

One is allowed to hit with fists and feet, hitting above the hip. Using elbows or knees is forbidden, whereas Thai Kick Boxing allows the use of knees, and Muay Thai Kick Boxing allows the use of elbows and knees.
