She is most famous for her role of Joey Potter on television's Dawson's Creek. She has appeared in motion pictures as well. The Ice Storm, Disturbing Behavior, Go, Teaching Mrs. Tingle, The Wonder Boys, The Gift, Phone Booth and Abandon
