Rope dress

Redirected from Karada

A rope dress, also known as a karada (Japanese for "body") is a rope body harness[?] used in Japanese bondage and other BDSM activities. Note that the rope dress does not restrain the wearer in any way, although it does apply pressure over the area bound. However, the rope dress is often used as a basis for other bondage, and needs to be treated with the same respect for safety as other bondage techniques.

A rope dress is often used with, or integrated with, a crotch rope[?] and/or a shinju[?] ("pearl") breast harness.
