John I. Guion

John Isaac Guion (November 18, 1802 - June 26, 1855) was a Mississippi politican. From 1842 to 1850, he served two terms in the state senate. In February of 1851 with the resignation of John A. Quitman, he became Governor of Mississippi, serving as a Democrat until the end of November of that year.
