Johann Sigismund

John or Johann Sigismund Hohenzollern (1572-1619) succeeded his father Joachim Friedrich as margrave of Brandenburg and duke of Prussia in 1608. He became in addition duke of Cleve in 1614, holding all three titles until his death. His son and successor was Georg Wilhelm, born in 1595.
