Joey Beltram

Joey Beltram (born November 6, 1971) was an American DJ and record producer, known best for pioneering recordings like "Energy Flash" and "Mentasm". Strongly associated with the Belgian techno[?] scene, Beltram rose to fame in the early 1990s with Transmat[?] recordings like "Energy Flash", which helped define trance music. His latest album is 2002's Form & Control[?].
