Joe Doyle is a member of Dublin City Council[?] and a former Lord Mayor of Dublin. He served as a Fine Gael TD (Irish MP) in Dáil Éireann or member of the Irish Senate between 1982 and 2002. His constituency colleague in the Dáil was Dr. Garret FitzGerald
