Jia Qinglin
Jia Qingli is the fourth ranking member of the Politburo Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China, and the Chairman of the People's Political Consultative Conference.
One of former President Jiang Zemin's trusted allies and protege, his rise in the politburo was due to his relationship with the former chief of state.
