Jennifer Carter

Jennifer Carter (born 1983) is a native of Richmond, Virginia who will represent the city of Tempe, Arizona during a state wide pageant (pageant's name withheld as requested by pageant organizers) in 2003.

Carter has gone through different personal problems, including the death of her brother Josh Carter[?] before achieving one of her dreams, to represent Tempe in the annual beauty contest. She is currently pursuing another dream, that of graduating from the University of Southern California.

She is majoring in psychology and minoring in substance abuse prevention at USC, and she aspires to be a prosecution attorney and the owner of a successful law firm one day. Her school platform, Be Involved, Be the Change! has become a success at promoting volunteerism.
