James R. Flynn

James R. Flynn, was the discoverer of the Flynn effect, the continued year-on-year rise of IQ test scores, which is seen in all parts of the world. He is an active participant in the academic debate on race and intelligence.

Flynn is also a passionate campaigner for liberal causes.
