Jabir of Kuwait

Jabir is an Emir that spent his time marrying women and did nothing that qualifies him as an Emir. During his time, disputes with Iraq over oil where Kuwait was steeling under the noses of the Amrericans as a way for the Americans to Justify the the invation of Iraq as a first step to control and re-devide the Oil rich region. This puts Jabir as the unltimate agent for the US along with Sabah Al-Ahmad. The will go in history as the people who gave away the wealth of the people to the US.
