Opposite: Sensing

People that are Intuitives prefer abstract thought over the real world. Intuitives tend to be able to see the big picture and can recognize patterns that are not immediately obvious. The abbreviation is N. Carl Jung was an N. The MBTI itself is an example of what N thinking represents.
