Geography Indian Point is located at 36°38'12" North, 93°20'49" West (36.636770, -93.346997)¹.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 10.0 km² (3.9 mi²). 7.2 km² (2.8 mi²) of it is land and 2.7 km² (1.1 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 27.46% water.

Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 588 people, 253 households, and 193 families residing in the village. The population density is 81.4/km² (210.5/mi²). There are 463 housing units at an average density of 64.1/km² (165.7/mi²). The racial makeup of the village is 99.32% White, 0.00% African American, 0.17% Native American, 0.17% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.34% from two or more races. 2.38% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
