Idun

Redirected from Iduna

In Norse mythology, Idun (also Idunn or Iduna) was the goddess of youth and wife of Bragi. She was known primarily as the guardian of the golden apples which the gods ate to stay young.

Thiazi, a storm giant, kidnapped her. Once the gods began to age quickly, she was changed into a nut and rescued by Loki.
