Homicide

Homicide is the unlawful killing of another human being. Legally homicide can be classified into cases of murder, manslaughter, or justifiable homicide[?]. Defenses against homicide include insanity or self-defense. Defense of property is typically not a defense against homicide, nor is the legal justification of necessity a defense.
