Henrik Carl Peter Dam

Henrik Carl Peter Dam (February 21, 1895 - 1976) was a Danish biochemist and physiologist.

He was born and died in Copenhagen.

He was awarded the Nobel Prize in Medicine in 1943 for his work in discovering vitamin K and its role in human physiology.
