Hatem Elmohandis

Hatem Elmohandis was born of Egyptian parents in 1975 in the city of Melbourne, Australia. In his early teenage years he traveled extensively through the Arab and Islamic world where his formative Islamic knowledge was gained and he later studied under Sheikh Sharaawy at Al-Azhar University then later became the understudy of the famous muhadith (scholar of Prophetic traditions) Sheikh Al-Albaani. He is currently working as an I.T administrator at an Islamic school in the inner-west suburbs of Melbourne.
