Harvey Kneeslapper

Harvey Kneeslapper is a blonde-haired and wild-eyed Anything Muppet in a blue sweater who always loves jokes and puns when he sees someone across.

He slaps letters and numbers on any of the other Anything Muppets' chests.

Harvey disappeared from Sesame Street, because some people didn't like him and his laughing was too hard.

He is played by Frank Oz.
