The racial makeup of the city is 98.18% White, 0.17% African American, 0.09% Native American, 0.39% Asian, 0.01% Pacific Islander, 0.20% from other races, and 0.95% from two or more races. 0.52% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
