Woerden (population: 47,531) is a town in the central Netherlands, in the province of Utrecht. The municipality covers an area of 93.00 km² (of which 1.80 km² water).

The municipality of Woerden also includes the following towns, villages and townships: De Meye, Harmelen, Kamerik, Kanis, Zegveld.
