Haren

Haren (population: 18,625) is a town in the northeastern Netherlands, in the province of Groningen. The municipality covers an area of 50.70 km2 (of which 4.10 km2 water).

The municipality of Haren also includes the following towns, villages and townships: Essen[?], Glimmen[?], Noordlaren[?], Onnen[?], Paterswolde[?].
