Halle, Belgium

Halle is a municipality located in the Belgian province of Flemish Brabant. The municipality comprises the city of Halle proper and the towns of Buizingen[?] and Lembeek[?]. On January 1, 2000 Halle had a total population of 33,655 (16,478 males and 17,177 females). The total area is 45.02 km² which gives a population density of 747.56 inhabitants per km².
