Geography According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 277.4 km² (107.1 mi²). 274.0 km² (105.8 mi²) of it is land and 3.3 km² (1.3 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 1.20% water.

Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 228 people, 96 households, and 69 families residing in the township. The population density is 0.8/km² (2.2/mi²). There are 241 housing units at an average density of 0.9/km² (2.3/mi²). The racial makeup of the township is 94.74% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 1.32% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 1.32% from other races, and 2.63% from two or more races. 3.07% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
