Hagbard Celine

Captain Hagbard Celine is a fictional character from the Illuminatus trilogy books by Robert Shea and Robert Anton Wilson. He fights the Illuminati with his golden submarine. A discordian Captain Nemo and anarchist philosopher. His manifesto is called "Never Whistle While You're Pissing" and in it you can find his Definitions and Distinctions (http://www.blackcrayon.com/library/dictionary/celine/).

His mother is Norwegian, and his father Italian. He speaks Norwegian, Italian, English, German, Latin and Greek.

His computer is called FUCKUP and calculates the chances of World War III starting by throwing virtual I Ching sticks. The German hacker Karl Koch used this nickname as well.
