A googol is usually estimated to be at least 45 orders of magnitude higher than the total number of subatomic particles in the observable Universe[?]. So a physical googolhedron the size of the entire observable universe would still be subatomically smooth. Of course, making something subatomically smooth isn't neccesarily possible, so googolhedrons aren't particularly possible either.
