Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 919 people, 282 households, and 234 families residing in the town. The population density is 1,043.6/km² (2,692.7/mi²). There are 341 housing units at an average density of 387.2/km² (999.1/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 95.43% White, 0.33% African American, 0.11% Native American, 1.41% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.87% from other races, and 1.85% from two or more races. 21.76% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
