Gloin

In J. R. R. Tolkien's fantasy world of Middle-earth, Glóin was a Dwarf of Durin's Folk, son of Gróin[?] and father of Gimli. Glóin traveled with Bilbo and Gandalf in The Hobbit, and was present at the Council of Elrond in The Lord of the Rings.
