Glenview Hills is a city located in Jefferson County, Kentucky. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 337.

Geography Glenview Hills is located at 38°17'39" North, 85°38'17" West (38.294169, -85.637954)1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.3 km² (0.1 mi²). 0.3 km² (0.1 mi²) of it is land and none of it is covered by water.

Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 337 people, 133 households, and 115 families residing in the city. The population density is 1,084.3/km² (2,926.4/mi²). There are 135 housing units at an average density of 434.4/km² (1,172.3/mi²). The racial makeup of the city is 97.33% White, 1.48% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 1.19% from other races, and 0.00% from two or more races. 2.67% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There are 133 households out of which 25.6% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 78.2% are married couples living together, 6.0% have a female householder with no husband present, and 13.5% are non-families. 12.0% of all households are made up of individuals and 6.8% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.53 and the average family size is 2.74.

In the city the population is spread out with 19.6% under the age of 18, 3.9% from 18 to 24, 16.0% from 25 to 44, 33.8% from 45 to 64, and 26.7% who are 65 years of age or older. The median age is 51 years. For every 100 females there are 93.7 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 90.8 males.

The median income for a household in the city is $109,649, and the median income for a family is $114,914. Males have a median income of $75,000 versus $43,750 for females. The per capita income for the city is $59,069. 9.7% of the population and 6.6% of families are below the poverty line. Out of the total people living in poverty, 20.0% are under the age of 18 and 0.0% are 65 or older.
