Gerry Hannah

Gerry Hannah (also known as Gerry Useless) was a member of the militant environmental group Direct Action also known as the Squamish Five (and occasionally as the Vancouver Five). He received a 10-year sentence in 1984 for his part in the bombings of a Hydro-electric Substation on Vancouver Island and a Lytton Systems factory in Toronto. He was also a member of the Vancouver punk band, the Subhumans[?], from 1977 to 1980. Gerry penned at least two classics of the genre, "Slave To My Dick" and ("we don't care what you say,") "Fuck You".
