George Augustus Constantine Phipps, 2nd Marquess of Normanby

George Augustus Constantine (July 23, 1819 - April 3, 1890) was a politician of the United Kingdom.

He was the son of Constantine Henry Phipps, 1st Marquess of Normanby and acceded as marquess of Normanby in 1863. He was a liberal politician and became governor of Queensland (1871-1874), New Zealand (1874-1879), and Victoria (1879-1884).
