Gemert-Bakel (population: 27,741) is a municipality in the southern Netherlands, in the province of North Brabant. The municipality covers an area of 123.62 km². The municipality of Gemert-Bakel consists the following towns, villages and townships: Bakel[?], De Mortel[?], De Rips[?], Elsendorp[?], Gemert[?], Handel, Milheeze[?].
